Stress in school

The stress is found in the life of the students, and for many of them is very difficult to study in this way.

Many of them are tired or anxious and in some cases they are angry.

One of the most importnt reason of stress are the test ang the projects at the finals in school.

Causes 

  • The projects and the test in school
  • The pressure to get good grates

Consequences

  • Headache
  • Backache
  • Bad mood
  • Feel tired, anxious or sad.
  • Be unmotivated

 

 How can I deal with it?

 I'll show 7 ways to deal with stress.

  • Remeber, is just for a little time, at least you notice, you've been smiling and laughing about that, so always be positive and give your best,for everything. I know, when you are like this the least important for you is your healthy, but remember is the best way to deal with stress.

  • Focus your bad energy in sports, not in yoga or in something relaxing, is better football, basketball or swimming, you use a lot of force and when you finish to do exercise you're gonna be relaxing and all the bad energies gonna be dissapear.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
  • Sleep is important not only for work well for the next day and have more enegy, is important for your healthy. You should sleep about 8 hours and less of 10 hours, if it's possible go to bed without your cellphone and before sleep read a book, not a lot just and episode, this can help you to rest well.

  • Make a schedule to manage your time, it's important to have a control of your days, you can see the differnecs after 2 or 3 days without fail in the times. It's important to have a time of break of 10 minutes every hour, maybe you can take a little walk or make something fun that can be relaxing but no addictive to avoid distraccions. 

  • Make exercise, don't pass all the time in a chair it can be horrible and provoke backage, it's not necessary to go out, maybe just near of your home, don't take your cellphone while you are walking you can see the space.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
  •  Eat healthy it's very important for our bodies, but a good trate i'ts not at all bad, the dark chocolate it's a good example, that contains chemicals wich help to improve your mood and be concentrate, but remember, all is bad in excess, with a little bar it's enough, eat vegetables and fruit can help you too.

  • Take a hobbie, not all you life it's gonna be concentrate in your studies or works, maybe go to swimming, as I said the sports can help you, make something you love can hel you to be relaxing.
